I started a kernel bisect between v3.8.13.4 final and v3.8.13.5. The kernel bisect will require testing of about 6 test kernels.
I built the first test kernel, up to the following commit: 20910cf880512c21d5eea62a229ea15e1a9256f1 The test kernel can be downloaded from: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1237392 Can you test that kernel and report back if it has the bug or not.
