I had a mysql installed on ubuntu 12.04 was working well with apache2 and php5. Last days I experienced some problem with mysql, when I tried to open my local web projects they shown error: MySQL has gone away. I saw some information about 1 bad sector in SMART in disk utility. so I uninstalled mysql and tried to install it again and this error occured. Also I see some other errors in my system may related to this error, sometimes while using apt-get I see [1]+ Stopped sudo apt-get ... ...
