Even after uninstalling gnome-screensaver, the screen still turns off!!! (or blanks to black, can't tell).
THIS IS DAMN ANNOYING. How many layers of screen-saving are necessary? Must they be hidden to normal users so one has to google around and figure out awkward commands to write in a terminal until one manages to disable all existing damn screensavers?
