Builds of ballerburg in minimal environments (as on the autobuilders)
have been failing:
./configure --prefix=/usr
ERROR: You need the 'cmake' program to configure the build process.
Please install 'cmake' first, then try again.
make[1]: *** [override_dh_auto_configure] Error 1
Please declare a build dependency on cmake, and confirm with pbuilder
or the like that you haven't missed any others.
