Public bug reported: trying to update a vmware player install of Ubuntu 13.04 to 13.10 is giving an error. The only third party ppa's I have are http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/ precise-pgdg main and http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntu raring main which I have disabled.
