New observation: I never had a freeze, when suspending with the commands "sudo pm- suspend", "sudo pm-hibernate" or "sudo pm-suspend-hybrid".
Maybe it is related with X and with screen locks. Could explain why it takes a few seconds after wakeup until freeze. (I am free of fglrx for a while now and reinstalled the critical mesa packages. 3D games like 0AD and Minecraft work.) @Flittermice: Can you give a description of your hardware platform? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1241582 Title: system freezes after suspend to RAM To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1241582/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
