This is because that the owner of ~/.config/ibus/bus should always be
the user you logged in, and if you use sudo/gksu to run any command this
warning will appear but that's expected and please just ignore it. If
you removed the file/directory and re-run a command with sudo/gksu, then
it will be re-created with the wrong owner, causing further problems in
your normal operation.
