Hello Colin, or anyone else affected, Accepted indicator-appmenu into saucy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator- appmenu/13.01.0+13.10.20131031-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
