I also confirm it.
The menu usually disappears when one clicks away from it, but this doesn't 
happen if we right-clicked something on the menu, triggering the (ADD TO 
DESKTOP - PROPERTIES) form.

When we trigger the said form, the focus of the system in turned to it,
forgetting the Menu.. so when we finish with the form the menu forgets
to excute the usual command of (if user clicks away from the Menu, close
it).

I hope this helps solving the problem.
