http://linux.eregion.de/2013/10/26/kwallet-single-sign-on-at-last/ provide very good solution, that solves this issue, tested and works for many people. But now it available only for OpenSUSE, other Linux system don't have easy-to-install ways. Can you import this modules to future KDE SC releases?
