Finally I could reproduce this issue, even with systemd-shim from #73
installed. Attached is the system dbus monitor log of a hibernate/resume
cycle, where nm wasn't awoke.

It seems to me , that (at least in my case) the duration of the
hibernation period plays a role, i.e. I could only reproduce it, if
resume takes place a few hours after hibernation.
