Even though I've closed this bug, I had a thought. I could add `system-image-cli --switch trusty` which would be exactly equivalent to `system-image-cli --channel trusty --build 0`. It would be just a convenience option. It would save you a few characters, but more importantly, it would make the intended operation more clear (and would be documented as such in the --help and manpage).
If you think this would be useful, let me know. Otherwise, we'll just leave things the way they are. ** Summary changed: - system-image-cli does not allow to switch from saucy-proposed to trusty-proposed + system-image-cli support for switching channels -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1243612 Title: system-image-cli support for switching channels To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-system-image/+bug/1243612/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
