Even though I've closed this bug, I had a thought.

I could add `system-image-cli --switch trusty` which would be exactly
equivalent to `system-image-cli --channel trusty --build 0`.  It would
be just a convenience option.  It would save you a few characters, but
more importantly, it would make the intended operation more clear (and
would be documented as such in the --help and manpage).

If you think this would be useful, let me know.  Otherwise, we'll just
leave things the way they are.
