Public bug reported: Binary package hint: compiz
After installing XGL and running GNOME with Compiz Fusion, all applications start at the top left of the screen with titlebars hidden underneath top panel (that contains Applications, Place, System, etc...) and must manually be moved by right clicking the application in the task bar and clicking Move, or Alt +clicking the window to move it. I have since removed the panel at the top and moved it to bottom of the screen as a workaround. ** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [gusty] Applications open at the top left corner of the screen while using Compiz Fusion https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/132323 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
