Ray, Thomas, this is caused by mismatched Linux kernel and
apparmor_parser. Newer versions of the kernel support more posix 1.e
draft-style capabilities. The names and numbers as reported by the
AppArmor audit messages are provided by the newer kernels. The older
apparmor_parser does not support these capabilities.

Upstart is not involved in this bug.
