  My university sends me text messages when a lecture is cancelled.
  My mobile provider sends me a text message with roaming charges when 
connecting in a foreign country (which I believe is actually required by law).
  
  I have not received any of these text messages since using Ubuntu Touch
  in February. On a positive note, I don't receive the annoying marketing
  messages from my mobile provider either. ;)
  
- At a guess, it's not receiving/displaying SMS from organisations that
- are not from a normal phone number.

+ If a number is blocked, then on the caller's end the phone is ringing, but on 
Ubuntu nothing happens to indicate there is an incoming call. Not sure if this 
is the same issue or a separate bug.
