Public bug reported:

When issuing a command "service ulogd2 restart", there is the following issue
------------------------------------
 * Restarting netfilter userspace log daemon ulogd
Tue Nov 12 16:19:03 2013 <5> ulogd.c:1078 removing stale pidfile for pid -1
ulogd: libnfnetlink.c:1566: nfnl_query: Assertion `h' failed.
Aborted
------------------------------------

but when using the command "service ulogd restart", it works like a charm (see
below)
------------------------------------
Restarting netfilter userspace log daemon: ulogd.
------------------------------------

Version of ulogd reports:
------------------------------------
 ulogd --version
ulogd Version 2.0.2
(C) 2000-2006 Harald Welte <lafo...@netfilter.org>
(C) 2008-2012 Pablo Neira Ayuso <pa...@netfilter.org>
(C) 2008-2012 Eric Leblond <e...@regit.org>
------------------------------------

Release was updated from 13.04 using "do-release-upgrade".

There are two scripts in /etc/init.d : one for ulogd and one for ulogd2.
They don't have the same content but both are using binary
"/usr/sbin/ulogd".

What we expect is:
* that command "service ulogd2 restart" to be working
* migrating/upgrading from ulogd v1 to ulogd v2 using the standart ubuntu
process to be working
* to not duplicate 'init.d' script and having only a 'right' working one (one
to be a symlink to other could be 'ok').
* It seems that starting from 13.10 ulogd is replaced by ulogd2 (good we were
waiting for years) but, please be more explicit about it and remove package
ulogd (or declare it as a "mirror" of ulogd2)
