That's not ubuntu-related. None of those packages are available in ubuntu. The
_source_ package mlt produces several binaries (lib{valerie,miracle,mlt}0.2.4,
libmlt-data and libmlt-dev, but not 'mlt'. Concerning mlt++, it's not in the
archive yet. Therefore, I reject this bug.
Maybe this has to do with some third-party repo you use
