It happened in normal user session, but there autologin was enabled. It happened in such scenario:
1. Open any folder in Nautilus in the pane view. For example, ~/Documents 2. Create new folder. System creates folder with default name. 3. Change this default name to anything else (valid Linux name), for example "qqqqqq". 4. Nautilus doesn't show the folder "qqqqqq" in the pane view.
