Ok, this is not problem in mplayer, but in libav/ffmeg. Library
libavformat.so must be compiled with rtmp support. And ubuntu provides
two libavformat.so packages. One with rtmp and one without rtmp support.
That one with rtmp support has name libavformat-extra-53. So after
installing libavformat-extra-53 mplayer can play rtmp streams. So just
call:

$ sudo aptitude install libavformat-extra-53
