I have solve the problem on my desktop with the following method : 1. apt-get purge monodevelop 2. apt-get autoremove 3. apt-get install monodevelop
I notice that 131/520 dependencies was missing from the previous installation. I think I had reproduce once time this problem using a package manager instead of the terminal ==> remains to investigate See the list of 131 missing packages from the previous installation Joe Ipson, you said you encounters the same problem, could you please verify your Monodevelopp installation.
