Public bug reported: Since I choose "French", the keyboard layout is in AZERTY (we use QWERTY (fr-ca) where I live) at the time zone config step. I can only change the keyboard layout after I set the timezone.
It's no big deal for me but grandma would be confused when she write "Montréal" and see ",ontr!ql". I would suggest putting the keyboard layout setting page before the time zone one. ** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1254839 Title: Difficulty setting the timezone since it's before setting the keyboard layout To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/1254839/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
