Enthusiasm is appreciated, but as per the first three words of the
description, "Not a bug." Bug reports aren't for posting theoretical
mock-ups for a blueprint that is not scheduled for work.

This also doesn't really fit with the direction of Ubuntu. There is some
integration available for qtcreator in the ubuntu-sdk, to create click
packages of apps, for the phone/tablet, which will later also become the
fully converged and preferred method for developers to publish their
apps on Ubuntu.
