I'd quibble with the wording and spelling (I'd prefer "Wi-Fi is off"
rather than "WiFi disabled", etc), but I like the general approach here.
It just so happened that none of the original use cases for synchronous
notifications involved text. But since text is possible, it should be
updateable in the same way as it is for asynchronous notifications.
