  * New upstream release.
  * Removed: debian/patches/CVE-2013-6075, CVE-2013-6076.patch - upsteamed.
  * debian/control: Updated Standards-Version to 3.9.5 and applied
    XSBC-Original-Maintainer policy.
  * strongswan-starter.install:
    - pki tool is now in /usr/bin.
    - Install pt-tls-client.
    - Install manpages (LP: #1206263).
