I would suggest changing the wording of the message to, "The upgrade aborts now. Please free at least 128M _MORE_ disk space". I originally read the message as, "Make sure you have at least 128M free", when it actually means, "You are short by 128M". Mentioning the total amount of space needed would also help minimize confusion.
