I dont know what i did, but after removing "xserver-xorg-input-wacom" , log out and reinstalling it (all with synaptic), my mouse buttons work like a charm. I also changed the buttonmapping in dconf-editor org>gnome>settings-deamon>peripherals>wacom>4f08...>0x823 to a numeric order from [1,2,3,...,16] at first. Before changing it looks like [1,2,1,4,5,...,16] with a one at the third digit. Good luck.
