Restarting AICCU does not solve any problem. It will get you blocked
from TIC when you do it too often as clearly described in a variety of
places.

sixxs.org is a IPv6Gateway for HTTP, it is unrelated to AICCU.

You likely mean the heartbeat protocol or the AYIYA-internal heartbeat,
these both happen automatically inside the protocol (unless specifically
disabled).
