Public bug reported: I know you mean well, and they mean well, but please stop setting Canadian Ubuntu installations to use the "Canadian" mirror site as that site only retains a bare minimum of packages and as such gives Ubuntu a bad reputation for basic components (such as drivers) being "not found" -- on any fresh installation, my first step is *always* to correct this setting, and to someone new to Ubuntu, they'd simply conclude that Ubuntu itself is crippled.
