Facing same issue and it is visa versa.

Start-Date: 2013-12-18  14:10:56
Commandline: apt-get -y install postgresql-9.3 postgresql-client-9.3 libpq-dev 
postgresql-contrib-9.3 postgresql-common
Install: postgresql-9.3:amd64 (9.3.1-1.pgdg12.4+1), 
postgresql-contrib-9.3:amd64 (9.3.1-1.pgdg12.4+1), postgresql-common:amd64 
(149.pgdg12.4+1)
Remove: logrotate:amd64 (3.8.3-3ubuntu2)
