http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2195105 To me that indicates that ubiquity is somehow buggy but with no actual info we don't know what's wrong. We really need to have someone with access to Win 7 and Win 8 to test the heck out of the installer so we can figure out what's going wrong!
