Thank You, Christopher for reminding! I had the same problem (see above): For me it's solved since Ubuntu 13.10. I use now kernel 3.11.0-15. Touchpad works fine. In settings i can choose between - Scroll with 2 fingers and - natural scroll => both works! => for me the bug is fixed!
