Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.20

Sometimes, when I boot up (normal boot, not from hibernation) my mouse
isn't recognized. I then have to unplug and re-plug it. After that, it
works.

Sometimes, in Firefox, when I middle-click on a link it not only opens
the link in a new tab, but in the currently active tab it goes back one
page as if I had pressed the 4th mouse button (configured as 6th button,
see below).

My hardware and mouse configuration is described in bug #127525 and bug
#127514.

** Affects: linux-source-2.6.20 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
