I have now tried to set the output directory to /var/tmp/PDF and set this directory to mode 1777
The result is the same: the file is created, then deleted, and at the end comes the error message that the file mode could not be set. Not a big surprise, since changing the mode of a deleted file is likely to report an error. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/879172 Title: cups-pdf not creating any output if changing output directory To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups-pdf/+bug/879172/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
