Thanks for working on this kendatsuba! The patched driver compiles for me against 3.11.0-12-generic (Linux Mint) on my Gigabyte U2442 V laptop, but sadly, when I try the module the behaviour doesn't change. It seems I don't have a v9 or v10 trackpad, I've never been able to get a definitive indication of which version I have got.
