I also need these packages to be able to install concurrently. I need grub-efi installed because my laptop uses it to boot, but I often use a usb thumb drive on other systems to boot and use multisystem to create this. It is most convenient to do this on my laptop, but multisystem depends on grub-pc, which it uses on the thumb drive. To workaround this, I currently have to uninstall grub-efi, install grub-pc, then multisystem, then uninstall multisystem and install grub-efi again. It is bound to screw me up one of these days when I forget and try to boot with the wrong grub updated!
