Martin, I am not sure if it works for you on a notebook, but what I found works faster for me is to wait for the GRUB dialog to appear and to shortly press the power button. Having no session loaded at that moment the computer powers off immediately. It's not ok because there's still a reboot happening but it's faster than havaing to wait for Windows to load.
