I can confirm this is still happening in Feisty, running Kaffeine 0.8.5.
At first I thought the videos were corrupted and re-downloaded them,
same result. Then I noticed that the only files that wouldn't play had
"#" in them. Removed the #, the files played. Contrary to the initial
bug report though, the files never played for me after clicking OK.
Kaffeine just kept complaining that the files didn't exist and would
ignore them.
