Here is my log on dualhead setup from start to KDM's login screen. This time the login screen was a mess too. The user list wasn't loaded and it missed other components too... Like said before, the right screen connected to VGA (called "Extra Screen" in log) is blank. The screen "is there" though, I can move the mouse cursor there, but that doesn't help much... :(
