Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce: 1. In gnome-tweak-tool, turn on "Have file manager handle the desktop" option. 2. Now, when you use Alt-Tab you can see that there is more than one Files windows that you can switch to (indicated by the triangle-arrow below Files icon). 3. When you try to see the list of those windows (by pressing the down arrow when Files icon is highlighted), gnome shell crashes.
