Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu 13.04
Release: 13.04

libcloog-ppl1:
  Installed: 0.16.1-1
  Candidate: 0.16.1-1

I found some packages seems to have the license mismatch. For example, the
copyright of package libcloog-ppl1 tells us to see
/usr/share/common-licenses/GPL whereas its the symlink to GPL-3. But the
original license version is LGPL-2.1. It seems that nobody updated the
copyright file. This gives wrong information and creates confusion about the
package license. This is the same scenario for many packages.

** Affects: cloog-ppl (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
