well, the installer never created it. in none of my systems. 
and my home laptop is working fine with Ext4FS.
this office pc was ok on XFS till last two weeks. it always booted, even after 
several new kernels install.

Could you at least provide a good way to install that partition? or is
it just to create a new one on Ext and install grub-uefi there?
