Probably bug 1256961. Give it a couple of minutes and it finishes
loading.

That's bug 1232299. The workaround is to log into unity first, let
Compiz process its upgrade scripts, and then log into Flashback
afterwards. I haven't had time to propose a Compiz patch yet, sorry.
