Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu better.
I saw the same warnings when installing freecad on Ubuntu Trusty, so I'm marking this as confirmed. However it doesn't seem to be blocking installation as the freecad was installed and started when I launched it here. Could you please check whether this is the case for you as well? I also found that this issue had been reported in the Debian BTS, so I attached a bug watch. ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #710481 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=710481 ** Also affects: freecad (Debian) via http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=710481 Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Changed in: freecad (Ubuntu) Status: New => Confirmed ** Tags added: trusty -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1271768 Title: Cannot install freecad To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/freecad/+bug/1271768/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
