Hello, I can confirm this bug on a 12.04.4 amd64 with kernel 3.8.0-35-generic. Rebuilding the package 'ureadahead' (0.100.0-12), replacing all occurences of "tracing_enabled" to "tracing_on" in file trace.c, gives a working binary.
