Please sync curlpp 0.7.3-5 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Use dh-autoreconf instead of autotools-dev to also fix FTBFS on ppc64el by
getting new libtool macros (still updates config.{sub,guess}).
