  CID: 201304-13407 Dell Latitude E7240
  
  The num lock key (Fn + F2) does not work.
  (The num pad on this system is not isolated, it's a part of the QWERTY 
keyboard.)
  
  Steps:
  1. Install 12.04.4, boot to desktop
  2. Press any key on the num pad to make sure num lock is off.
  3. Press the num lock key (Fn + F2 in this case)
  4. Press any key on the num pad to see if num lock works.
  
  Expected result:
  * It should have output numbers after the num lock is on.
  
  Actual resutlt:
- * Output doesn't change. Num lock key seems not working.

  Debugging information:
  * With showkey or xev, the num lock key press/release events were correctly 
captured.
  
  Testing sequence in xev:
  1. Press "J","K,"L" key (which is corresponds to 1,2,3)
  2. Press the num lock key (Fn + F2)
  3. Press "J","K,"L" key (which is corresponds to 1,2,3) again
