Public bug reported:

Vagrant cloud images disks is 4 GB.

This seems pretty small and is actually too small for my use case.
Most of vagrant boxes I saw are 10 Gb or 40 Gb with a COW filesystem.

Moreover vagrant documentation states:
"When creating a base box, make sure the user will have enough disk space to do
interesting things, without being annoying. For example, in VirtualBox, you
should create a dynamically resizing drive with a large maximum size."
(http://docs.vagrantup.com/v2/boxes/base.html , in the "disk space" section).

Would It be possible to increase the size to at least 10 Gb ?

(For the record, I'm using https://cloud-
images.ubuntu.com/vagrant/raring/20140125/raring-server-cloudimg-amd64
-vagrant-disk1.box, and didn't check other boxes, but I suspect they are
also 4 Gb).
