Public bug reported: On boot up/start up of Kubuntu, non-plasma plasma-nm notification pops up and doesn't go away until you click on it.
Workaround is to disable plasma-nm notifications in network management settings. This happans on Kubuntu 14.04 but also I have been experiencing the bug on 13.10.
