The phablet-click-test-setup fails when a PPA is enabled that carries a
newer version of unity8 or ubuntu-ui-toolkit than what's in the
archives. It should be possible to skip downloading those without
editing /usr/bin/phablet-click-test-setup manually.
When eg. UITK itself is being tested, its tests are installed by
installing the package ubuntu-ui-toolkit-autopilot.
The workaround for the problem is to edit the lines ~63-64
("basic_packages") and remove the ones not wanted to be tried to be
downloaded. After that click-phablet-test-setup succeeds otherwise, ie
downloads the actual click package autopilot tests that are wanted to be
executed.
