http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.14-rc3-trusty/ has only i386 packages and although directory name says "v3.14-rc3", inside there are only packages with "3.13 ... rc3" in their file names(?? :(). Anyway, I tried :) but got only blinking CapsLock. Then I searched and found out that one can not run 64 software on 32 kernel :)
Then with high hopes tried amd64 packages from "v3.14-rc2-trusty", but they also gave me blinking CapsLock :( Then I tried "v3.14-rc2-trusty" packages with my Trusty test installation, kernel worked but still no video. Just realized that my original report is missing one detail - usually image appears for fraction of second, when "opening" video and then blanks out. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/999875 Title: My camera stopped showing video feed since about two weeks ago To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/999875/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
